Who We Are

Karen began criss-crossing the country at the age of 5, when she and her brother travelled between parent's homes in Alabama and Michigan, unfortunately long before frequent flyer miles. After college, Karen designed interiors for homes, offices, hotels, yachts, and commercial spaces creating beautiful spaces to enrich her client's lives. As a military spouse, with a full-time retail management career, Karen planned European vacations to gather her friends together from all corners of the country.

Her groups began with a few friends, grew to a dozen, then doubled again. The original Coast Guard & Friends group soon evolved from a hobby to a passionate business. Karen joined Andrea, owner of Unique Travel Events, before moving to Florida 6 years ago. Now Karen enriches her client's travel experiences, creating custom land journeys as well as planning astonishing cruise voyages.
